Besonderheiten: Die Esoteric X-03SE ist die Special Edition-Version des regulären X-03. Der Esoteric X-03 SE ist mit der neuesten Neo VRDS Antrieb, der mit doppelter Geschwindigkeit läuft ausgestattet. Alle Bits wurden in ein speziellen puffer geschickt, die dann den doppelt ausgeglichenen 24bit / 192kHz Wandler anliefert. Der Esoteric X-03 SE ist sehr schwer, 23.6Kg Netto, und das bietet einen sehr stabilen Klangbild. Die SE-Version wird mit einer Reihe von Verbesserungen in Bezug auf die nicht-SE-Version durchgeführt wird, und daher wesentlich besser klingt.

Klang : Esoteric X-03 SE klingt wunderbar vol, warm und seidig. Sehr musikalisch. Der Esoteric X-03 SE ist nicht spektakulär abgestimmt, aber klingt fair, entspannende und eigentlich ganz Analog. Der Sound wird immer durch einen sehr hohen Grad an Natürlichkeit und Ruhe aus. Einfach nur genießen.
