General : The Ansuz Darkz T3W Cable Lifter is a decoupler that improves the resonance properties for all types of cables wherever you place them under. Technology : The Ansuz Darkz T3W Cable Lifter consists of a solid titanium disc with a solid curved titanium disc on top where the cable can be placed. Between these 2 discs are 3 tungsten balls that provide the decoupling. The titanium discs undergo a surface treatment using Glass Blasting for improved acoustic properties. The discs of the Darkz T3W Cable Lifter are held together by a coupling piece of solid titanium steel. Each material has its own sound character, titanium is a heavy material with good resonance properties and excellent sound. By using titanium instead of stainless steel or aluminum, the mechanical resonance controlling properties of the Darkz T3W Cable Lifter are even better than the more affordable Darkz S3T Cable Lifter and the earlier generations of the Ansuz Darkz Cable Lifters. Cables are also sensitive to vibrations from the surface they rest on, ensure proper decoupling and you immediately hear the results.
