Bricasti USA has traditionally been a High End Audio Professional manufacturer. Bricasti has existed since 2002 and is the brainchild of Brian Zolner, who has worked at High End Audio manufacturers such as Madrigal USA and Lexicon USA. Bricasti makes the best digital reverb units available worldwide. Their reverb units are used in many High End Audio recordings. If you hear an audiophile CD with beautiful reverb subtly mixed in, chances are that Bricasti equipment was used for the mastering. Later, Bricasti also began making Consumer High End Audio equipment. Not only digital equipment, such as DA Converters and Streamers, but also analog equipment such as power amplifiers and source controllers.
All Bricasti devices have 1 general and unique characteristic, and that is the sublime enclosure. Every audiophile knows that vibrations affect the operation of a device. And vibrations change sound quality negatively. Unrest and discomfort arise when listening. This is because the electronic components inside operate differently when they vibrate. Capacitors in particular suffer greatly from this. The sound reproduction is thus changed, and believe us, not for the better. The enclosure of each Bricasti device is therefore made of solid aluminum. Solid aluminum plates which are then machined in the CNC milling machine to exactly the right dimensions and with the mounting points for circuit boards and power supplies and the like. The market is full of so-called High End equipment, but we don't know 1 other brand that consistently makes all units so precisely fitting and vibration-free and solidly as Bricasti. So Bricasti doesn't do this (only) for the sake of appearance, but for sound quality, and of course also durability. Bricasti devices last very long. This is due to the use of the best materials available.
Bricasti makes Pre-amplifiers, Power Amplifiers, DA Converters, streamers and Source Controllers. All Bricasti units have 1 thing in common, they sound musical. Now that is a very difficult concept, and it is often misused, but what we mean by it is that you, as a listener, are directly engaged with the music. The performers and how they play. There is a lot of equipment on the market that makes you as a listener focus on the technical aspects of a recording, but then you are listening to the recording technician instead of the musicians. The vast majority of listeners simply want to listen to music optimally. To relax and enjoy beautiful and well, and also moderately recorded CDs or streams, or an LP.
