General: Reference line power conditioner above the entry-level range of the Danish brand Ansuz Acoustics. The Ansuz Mainz8 D3 is the latest generation and uses Ansuz Acoustics' newest Zirconium Tesla Coils and 3rd generation Analog Dither Circuitry.

Technology: The Ansuz Mainz8 D3 is a step up compared to the Mainz8 X3, X-TC3, A3 and C3 models. The Ansuz Mainz8 D3 is equipped with Ansuz Star Grounding Technology and 2 types of Tesla Coils, namely the Active Cable Tesla Coils and the latest Zirconium Tesla Coils. Ansuz Acoustics' Tesla Coils are an effective and high-quality technology based on a simple principle. A Tesla Coil consists of 2 coils, a coil and a counter coil. As soon as the coil detects a noise spike, the counter coil creates a noise spike out of phase, which cancels out the initial noise spike. Think of it like noise-canceling headphones, which do exactly the same thing, only electronically where Ansuz Tesla Coils do it mechanically. The more Tesla Coils applied in the signal path, the better the noise is eliminated. Additionally, the Ansuz Mainz8 D3 also features an extra technology, namely Ansuz's latest (3rd) generation Analog Dither Circuitry. The Analog Dither Circuitry technology stems from radar technology. The Analog Dither Circuitry allows the active Tesla Coils to emit pulsating signals at precisely determined frequencies. These signals are sent out of phase. The result of this technology is that the music signal is significantly enhanced and the background noise floor is eliminated. The way Ansuz Acoustics addresses noise does not restrict the power signal, so you don't experience loss of dynamics.
