Technology: The Devialet Expert 1000 Pro offers many features. The built-in streamer is not only Roon Ready, but you can also play via UPnP, Spotify Connect and Airplay, among others. The Devialet Expert 1000 Pro has multiple digital inputs for connecting your TV, streamer or CD player, formats up to PCM 24bit/192kHz or DSD64 are supported. There is also a set of analog RCA inputs which you can configure yourself. You can use it as a Phono input for MM or MC cartridges, but also simply as a preamplifier input for an external DAC, for example. What is unique about Devialet amplifiers is the intelligent hybrid use of both Class A and Class D amplification. This makes Devialet amplifiers extremely efficient and there is virtually no harmonic distortion without it sounding too technical. With a power output of 1000 Watts at 6 ohms, there is enough power for every listening situation.

Sound: The Devialet Expert 1000 Pro sounds very rhythmic, dynamic and open. The soundstage is transparent and spacious. The difference from Devialet's predecessors is that the Expert Pro 1000 has also made further gains in musicality and ease of use. The Devialet Expert 1000 Pro has most speakers completely under control and therefore delivers a stable and balanced sound image in combination with virtually all speakers.

This Devialet Pro 1000 was delivered in 2016 by Devialet as 2 x Expert 250 units. In 2021 these were rebuilt by Devialet into an original Devialet Pro 1000 Core Infinity, with new electronics and a new serial number. Only the housing remained. Technically speaking, it is 100% an official Devialet Pro 1000 Infinity Core.
