The iFi Audio iPower Elite has an extremely low noise floor thanks to the Active Noise Cancellation II technology built into the iPower Elite. This technology works like a noise-canceling headphone; noise waves are detected by iFi Audio, which inverts the same noise waves and adds them out of phase to the signal, thereby canceling the initial noise wave.
