General : The Ansuz Darkz T3W is a decoupler that improves the resonance properties for all types of audio equipment and speakers you place them under. The Ansuz Darkz T3W can be used in any situation, they work under any type of device, amplifiers, D/A converters, streamers, turntables, power distributors/conditioners, routers, network switches and power supplies. Wherever you place the Ansuz Darkz T3W, the sound will clearly improve. Audio Group Denmark equipment (from Ansuz, Aavik, Borresen or Axxess) has feet that are specially designed to be placed on Ansuz Darkz. For equipment from other brands, the Ansuz Darkz T3W can be placed separately under the bottom plate. There is also a spike dimple integrated into the Ansuz Darkz T3W for equipment and speakers that stand on spikes, you can simply place the spike in the dimple to decouple it. For audio equipment with 4mm, 6mm or 8mm threaded holes on the underside, it is better to purchase the Ansuz Darkz Feet separately. Once you have attached the Ansuz Darkz Feet under your equipment or speaker, you have the option to choose between the Titanium or Tungsten balls from Ansuz, which you can then place on the Ansuz Darkz T3W in the designated recesses on top. You need 3 balls per Darkz T3W. The Ansuz Darkz Feet then fit perfectly over these balls for perfect decoupling and improved sound. This also looks more aesthetically pleasing and prevents the equipment from sliding off the feet. Equipment from Audio Group Denmark (Ansuz Acoustics, Aavik Acoustics, Børresen Acoustics) comes with Darkz Feet installed as standard.

Technology : The Ansuz Darkz T3W Resonance Control consists of 3 discs/layers made of solid Titanium, the titanium discs undergo surface treatment through Glass Blasting for improved acoustic properties. Each material has its own sonic character, titanium is a material with excellent resonance properties and outstanding sound. By using Titanium instead of stainless steel or aluminum, the mechanical resonance controlling properties of the Darkz T3W are significantly better than those of the models below the Darkz T3W. Between each layer are 3 balls made of solid Tungsten, each Ansuz Darkz T3W contains 6 tungsten balls. All models of the Ansuz Darkz, including the T3W, are cryogenically treated for optimal crystal structure in the metals.

Improvements 3rd Generation Darkz : The Ansuz Darkz T3W has been improved in several respects compared to the previous models (the Darkz T2 and T2 Supreme). First, the titanium balls between the discs have been replaced with tungsten / tungsten balls. The tungsten balls have up to 4 times higher density compared to titanium, making them more effective at converting kinetic energy into heat. Additionally, the coupling piece in the middle is now made of solid titanium, whereas previously this coupling piece was made of aluminum. Titanium has better resonance properties than aluminum, and the coupling piece that holds the discs and balls together also affects the sound.

Listening : The Ansuz Darkz T3W provide a very audible improvement to the soundstage, no matter what type of equipment or speaker you place them under. The soundstage becomes more organized, tighter, more dynamic but also calmer and more natural. Essentially, the sound improves on every front. What is also interesting is that after you have tried the Darkz T3W and remove them from under your equipment or speakers, a kind of emptiness suddenly appears, there is suddenly a lack of involvement. Place the Ansuz Darkz T3W back under your equipment or speakers, and suddenly the involvement and magic return. The Ansuz Darkz T3W also ensures that listening fatigue is less likely to occur, the sound is better balanced and less restless. The Ansuz Darkz T3W sounds cleaner, more rhythmic and more detailed due to the materials used than the models below the Darkz T3W. The Ansuz Darkz T3W are also available in an adjustable version, with the adjustable version you can adjust the height so that you can level your equipment or speakers on uneven floors. There is also an Ansuz Darkz T3W Cable Lifter, which is a decoupler for your cabling. Specify in the options which version you want.

Ansuz Acoustics Darkz Balls : There are currently 2 types of Ansuz Darkz Balls available for people who want to place Ansuz Darkz T3W under their equipment in combination with the Ansuz Darkz Feet. You can choose between Titanium Balls or Tungsten Balls. The Tungsten Balls weigh 4 times the weight of the Titanium Balls, thereby greatly improving the resonance absorbing and controlling properties. The difference in sound is that the Tungsten Balls sound fuller, more pleasant and more spacious than the already excellent Titanium balls.
