General: The Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 is the latest entry-level PowerSwitch from the Danish brand Ansuz Acoustics. The Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 belongs to the latest generation of PowerSwitches from Ansuz. This Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 uses the latest techniques from Ansuz Acoustics. Ansuz Acoustics has applied the brand-new Active Zirkonium Tesla Coils in the PowerSwitch X-TC3. The Analog Dither Technology is also from the latest (3rd) generation. All these techniques + all other techniques in the Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 work together to reduce noise in the music signal and enhance the music signal.

Noise: The sound quality of the music you stream depends not only on your streamer and the streaming service or storage location used. The network switch can also greatly help in perfecting the sound quality of streamed music. Before an internet signal enters your home via an ethernel cable, many noise signals are picked up from outside and through equipment where noise floor is not considered since it is not relevant, for example in laptops, gaming consoles and PCs. So although the incoming signal is usable, it is contaminated, and you hear that back in the sound quality. A contaminated signal sounds murky, compact and chaotic. A contaminated signal also often has little 'body'. The Ansuz Acoustics PowerSwitches are designed with a sharp eye and ear for an efficient way of noise suppression and signal distribution. The idea is that you go directly from your modem/router to the Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 with a LAN/Ethernet cable. The Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 then filters contamination from the incoming signal and lowers the noise floor. This results in a cleaner, but especially also more refined and quieter and thus more analog-sounding audio playback with a blacker background.

Technology: All PowerSwitches from Ansuz Acoustics are equipped with various noise suppressing and music signal enhancing techniques. The PowerSwitches from Ansuz Acoustics suppress noise through their own Tesla Coil technology. The Tesla Coils from Ansuz Acoustics are an effective and high-quality technique, based on a simple principle. A Tesla Coil consists of 2 coils, a coil and a counter coil. When the coil detects a noise spike, the counter coil creates a noise spike out of phase, which cancels the initial noise spike. Think of it as a noise-cancelling headphone, which does exactly the same thing, only a noise-cancelling headphone does this electronically where the Ansuz Tesla Coils do this mechanically. The more Tesla Coils are used in the signal path, the better the noise is eliminated. The difference between the different PowerSwitches from Ansuz Acoustics lies in the total amount and different types of Tesla Coils used, with the most expensive PowerSwitch from Ansuz, the D-TC GOLD Signature, containing the largest amount and most types of Tesla Coils for the most optimal noise suppression and sound quality. Additionally, this model also comes in a better enclosure with a Titanium bottom plate and the circuit boards internally are mounted on Ansuz Darkz isolators.

The Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 is the entry-level model from Ansuz Acoustics. The Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 is a clear step forward compared to a standard network switch or other switches in its price range. The Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 features 12 Active Square Tesla Coils, 3 Active Zirkonium Tesla Coils and Analog Dither Circuitry Gen.3. The Ansuz PowerSwitch X-TC3 features a high-quality and stable internal power supply, so you don't need to incur extra costs by adding an expensive linear external power supply. All PowerSwitches from Ansuz Acoustics are equipped with built-in Ansuz Acoustics PowerBox functionality. The cables of the Ansuz D2-series and higher have a block with a 3.5" Jack input which can be connected to the Ansuz PowerSwitch using a Jack cable supplied with the Ansuz cable. In the block of the Ansuz D2-series cables and higher are Active Tesla Coils, these are Tesla Coils which operate under power. These Tesla Coils are up to 4 times as effective as the Passive Tesla Coils. However, the Active Tesla Coils must first be powered, for which the PowerBox functionality was created. This results in a lower noise floor and less ground potential difference between equipment.
