Technical: The conductors are made of solid Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+). These ensure uncompressed transmission of high currents. This makes it easier for an amplifier to draw peak voltages, which benefits dynamics. AudioQuest's patented "RF/ND-Tech" blocks unwanted radio frequencies, keeping noise and other negative external influences to a minimum. The AudioQuest Tornado features AudioQuest's patented 72V DBS system, which provides active shielding and smooth signal transmission.

Listening: The AudioQuest Tornado provides a significant improvement over the included power cord. The bass is fuller and more controlled.
