Technical Details: The Ansuz Digitalz D3 USB is an electrically shielded USB cable of High End quality. It is recommended to connect this Digitalz D3 USB cable to the built-in Powerbox of the Ansuz Ethernet switches, or, even better, a separate Ansuz Powerbox. The Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz USB D3 is the first cable that uses Active Tesla Coils. The Ansuz Digitalz USB D3 cable features pure conductors of silver-plated copper, the connectors are gold-plated. A special technique that the Ansuz Digitalz D3 USB also employs is the Passive End Coil Technology. At one end of the cable, a passive Tesla Coil (coil) is wound around the conductors. The passive Tesla Coil prevents noise from entering the audio components. Just like a noise cancelling headphone does, but electrically instead of mechanically. The passive Tesla Coil is mounted just before the connector and when this Tesla Coil encounters a noise spike, a counter spike is created and added to the signal to eliminate the noise. The Ansuz Acoustics D3 USB cable has 2 times as much length of Passive End Coils compared to the Ansuz X3 USB cable. This results in a lower noise floor and a cleaner signal. In terms of sound, the background becomes blacker/quieter and the work of the performers is rendered more clearly. The Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz D3 USB cable also has an additional 148cm long wound Tesla Coil built into the cable.

Sound Characteristics: The Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz D3 USB cable sounds even more analogue and precise than the already excellent Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz X3 USB cable. The soundstage is even more open, more detailed and faster and purer. The amount of micro-detailing has increased extremely, and the soundstage is larger than what you are used to. With active shielding (recommended), the reproduction has even more tranquility and definition overall, which is immediately noticeable. This provides a very detailed, but also pleasant listening experience. The Ansuz Digitalz D3 USB cable also has a considerable dose of extra magic compared to the X3 and A3, which can undoubtedly be attributed to the very special shielding technology. The Ansuz Digitalz D3 USB cable is our best-selling USB audio cable which is suitable for use with very high-end high-end streamers.
