General : The AudioQuest Water is the most affordable analog interlink with AudioQuest's patented 72V DBS system. The conductors are made of solid PSC+ copper, a very pure type of copper from AudioQuest for optimal signal transmission. The dielectric consists of polyethylene air tubes, which ensure that the internal conductors do not influence each other. The shielding consists of multiple layers of carbon, which has very good shielding properties. All in all, the AudioQuest Water is a high-quality interlink with a good price-to-quality ratio.

Sound Characteristics : The AudioQuest Water has a very well-balanced sound. The cable is neutral in itself, which means it does not add coloration to the sound. But the sound is also full-sounding with light warm undertones. The bass is full and has plenty of body but does not overpower. The midrange and treble are transparent and refined.
