General: The Harmonic Technology Cyberlight AES/EBU is a very interesting interlink with innovative technology and pure sound.

Technology: The Harmonic Technology Cyberlight uses converters in the connectors that convert the regular electrical signal into a light signal. This signal is then transmitted over pure fiber optic cable where it is converted back into an electrical signal on the other end. The advantage of this is that the cable is immune to EMI, RFI and crosstalk from other cables over its length. A power supply must be connected to the cable to power the converters
