Technology : The Marten Design Bird is a true high-end speaker that remains modern today, inside and out. For the treble, the Marten Bird uses a 1" pure diamond tweeter. For the midrange and bass units, Marten Design uses the excellent and very fast ceramic units. These units are known for their neutrality and speed. The midrange driver is a 7" Accuton ceramic unit with resonance damping and 2 laser-drilled holes on the side that reduce distortion and ensure smooth crossover performance. The two bass woofers are 9" Accuton ceramic woofers, extremely dynamic with minimal distortion. The bass section is supported by 2 bass ports on the bottom for maximum dispersion around 30Hz.

Listening : The Marten Design Bird sounds fantastic, undoubtedly one of the best speakers in the world in this price range.
