A built-in upsampler lets you choose which upsampling you want to use. Some swear by not using upsampling, like the Japanese Zanden. You can set it yourself. Furthermore, a PS Audio Digital Lens is built in which suppresses jitter. This PS Audio Perfect Wave DAC MK2 is also a preamplifier. You can connect it directly to your power amplifier. Balanced and unbalanced outputs are available. The PS Audio Perfect Wave DAC MK2 has no fewer than 11 regulated power supplies.
