The DMC 30SS is a fully balanced reference preamplifier with a very special volume control, the Superfader, including a beautiful aluminum remote control. The technical heart of the Spectral DMC 30SS is formed by Spectral's own SHHA 2 Modules. These are discretely built line drivers that respond extremely quickly, up to 1.5 Megahertz, and therefore can reproduce the analog waveform extremely well. The Superfader is a Spectral proprietary development, and guarantees very precise and virtually wear-free volume control. No digital volume control here. The build quality of this Spectral DMC 30SS is, as always, top-notch. Equipped with only extremely expensive components.
