General : The Ansuz Acoustics Signalz C2 is a very fine and musical analog interlink from Ansuz Acoustics from Denmark. The Ansuz Signalz C2 is the cable below the expensive reference series (D2, D-TC and D-TC Supreme) from Ansuz Acoustics. The cable is finished to a very high standard with high-quality gold-plated connectors in an aluminum housing and effective shielding. The Ansuz Acoustics Signalz C2 uses the unique 'Direct Ground Connector' (a technique that minimizes ground potential between different devices, resulting in a lower noise floor), and DIHC (Double Inverted Helix Coil) (a technique where cables are wound and configured in a special way in a double helix pattern which reduces self-inductance in the cable) technologies from Ansuz Acoustics. Compared to the XLR version, the Signalz C2 RCA version features the AARC (Anti Aerial Resonance Coil) technology, which ensures that the cables cannot function as an antenna and therefore do not pick up noise from the air. The C2 series is a clear step forward compared to the previous generation cables from Ansuz Acoustics, yet they have not become much more expensive. This fact means that new standards are set in the price/quality ratio of Ansuz Acoustics cables. The sound quality is roughly equal, if not better, than the more expensive previous D1 (Diamond) series from Ansuz Acoustics.

Sound Characteristics : The Ansuz Acoustics Signalz C2 has an enormously natural and organic sound, just like all other cables and products from Ansuz Acoustics. The sound of the Ansuz Acoustics Signalz C2 is not necessarily very different in character from that of the lower X2, P2 and A2 series, but the sound is clearly more beautiful, better defined and more spatial. You hear more layers in the recording and the soundstage is deeper and quieter. Everything you hear is pure music; we could talk about the body of the bass and the detail in the treble. But with Ansuz Acoustics we don't need to talk about that; instead we talk about the enormous musical qualities that Ansuz Acoustics products bring with them. The more affordable Signalz C2 is absolutely no exception. The spatial imaging is large, airy and pleasant and you are immediately involved with the performers and the music. The time to listen to sounds has ended, the time to listen to music has begun.
