Technical : The Audia Flight CD One is a top loader, which means the CD opening is at the top. What you don't see often is that you can electronically open a top loader with a button, usually you have to do this manually. With the Audia Flight CD One you do this electronically. Also convenient are the digital inputs which allow you to connect a streamer or other digital source with Coax output and make use of the excellent DAC in the Audia Flight CD One. What also deserves compliments is the beautiful aluminum remote that comes with it. The whole thing is very solidly built and weighs quite a bit. The housing sits on spikes and shims are included. This CD player looks and feels like a true high-end CD player, even better is that it sounds like one too.

Listening : The Audia Flight CD One is very musical, let's make that clear. It hardly sounds like a digital device, that's how analog it sounds. The spatial imaging is large and transparent. The midrange is full and lively and the treble is extremely detailed yet beautifully refined. The sound is very addictive because you're not listening technically, you don't have to anyway because all the details are simply there without having to strain your ears. What you do is place a CD using the beautiful mechanism in the Audia Flight CD One, put the beautiful puck on it, and listen to music. And that's how it should be.

This Audia Flight CD One is in excellent condition, the original purchase invoice is included which shows that it was originally delivered in September 2007. The CD player still functions perfectly and comes with 6 months warranty.
