Technology : As the name suggests, the Avalon Eidolon Diamond is equipped with a pure diamond tweeter which extends right up to 100KHz without annoying resonances. This tweeter is an extremely expensive 19mm concave diamond tweeter, which is completely inaudible. But this special tweeter is not the only new feature of the Eidolon Diamond. Due to the completely different character and the speed of this unit, the Eidolon Diamond has been completely redesigned. Compared to the Avalon Eidolon Vision, the Avalon Eidolon Diamond is built completely differently. Not visible on the outside but on the inside. The woofer has received a much more powerful magnet, as does the midrange. The internal reinforcements and tuning compartments are completely different and adapted to the greater dynamics. The crossover has been completely redesigned and the internal wiring is adapted to the much greater bandwidth. In the bass range too, the Avalon Eidolon Diamond extends deeper and has more power.
