Not standard DAC chips, but a fully discrete built DAC. The Meitner MA-1 V2 locks automatically to all inputs from 16bit/44.1KHz up to 24bit/192KHz, including USB via Meitner's unique MFAST system. All incoming signals are upsampled to 2 x DSD or 384KHz DSD. In terms of sound, the Meitner MA-1 V2 ranks among the TOP DA Converters at the moment and it sounds considerably better than the V1 version.
