Zanden is the brainchild of Mr. Yamada. Zanden does not build products using old schematics, but rather takes a truly inventive approach. The new Zanden 8120 stereo power amplifier is a fully tube design, equipped with selected KT-120 tubes. The Zanden 8120 is a powerhouse of a power amplifier. Internally, it is built completely balanced. For a tube amplifier, the power output is high, but power is not the most important aspect of the Zanden 8120. Rather, it is the sound quality and the ability to drive even very difficult speakers superbly, while revealing details that previously went unnoticed. The Zanden 8120 is so transparent relative to the source, yet at the same time the soundstage is full of lifelike tones and timbres. The Zanden 8120 does not sound like an old-fashioned tube amplifier, warm and full, but rather like a Soulution 711 amplifier, but with more feeling. Best to come by and listen to this yourself. This Zanden 8120 power amplifier is in absolute mint condition, has been played for only a few hundred hours, and is completely complete, including original packaging.
