Technology : The Audio Research VT-130SE is a fully balanced power amplifier, balanced from input to output. This amplifier therefore only has an XLR input available. The Audio Research VT-130SE is built in a Heli Arc welded chassis made of aircraft aluminum. 4 pairs of matched 6550 output tubes are used, 2 12BH7 driver tubes and four 6922 Dual Triode input buffers. Relatively affordable tubes, which can be easily replaced. The bias can be adjusted with the bias meter and control knobs on the front panel. The power supply is fully transistor regulated, and the amplification is 100% supplied by the tubes. The Audio Research VT13SE delivers 110 watts per channel, and is therefore set very conservatively, which benefits long tube life.

Sound : The Audio Research VT-130SE requires a short warm-up time, after which it sounds excellent. Open, transparent and very dynamic. The Audio Research VT130SE connected to Avalon Indra, Audio Acoustics Saphire TiC and for example the Magnepan 3.6R delivered in all cases a fantastic and very musical listening experience.

Die Audio Research VT-130SE ist in einem Heli Arc gebaut geschweißter Chassis von Flugzeugaluminium. 4 Paar aufeinander abgestimmte 6550 Endstufenröhren werden verwendet werden, zwei 12BH7 Treiberröhren und vier 6922 Dual-Triode Eingangspuffer. Relativ kostengünstigen Rohren, die leicht ersetzt werden kann. Die Bias Vorspannung kann mit den Bias-Messgerät und Drehknöpfe auf der Vorderseite eingestellt werden.
