Avalon Acoustics Arcus

The Avalon Acoustics Arcus is the successor to the outstanding Avalon Avatar and Eclipse (Classic) speakers. It is the first Avalon in the series with an open cabinet. This opening at the bottom is not specifically designed as a bass reflex port, but to prevent energy storage in the cabinet. The Avalon Arcus features a highly advanced inverted Titanium Dome, a superior tweeter with a beautiful, clear sound with plenty of detail and precision. The Avalon Arcus is also considerably easier to drive than its predecessors and plays with tremendous energy. The soundstage is beautifully constructed, with many musical layers and excellent fine dynamics. The spatial image is typically Avalon, very spacious and rich in detail. This set of Avalon Arcus is supplied including the original Apex Cones and is now available for audition at Ohm Audio BV.
