Technique : 2 Way system, executed with Avalon Proprietary Woofers and a Titanium Focal Inverted Dome tweeter. Thanks to the very slim and solidly constructed cabinet, and Avalon's renowned filter techniques, the Symbol sounds surprisingly good. Parallel walls are absent, so no standing waves in the cabinet. Bass reflex supported by a port at the bottom. Solid silver speaker cable connections at the bottom. Placement uncritical.

Sound : Exemplary spatial imaging. Beautiful tonal colors. Very clean and well-defined bass. Does not blow the roof off, but simply makes music. Beautiful music.

Durch die sehr schlanke und gut durchgeführten Gehäuse, und Avalon berühmten Filtertechniken klingt diese Symbol überraschend gut. Parallel Wände fehlen, so dass keine stehenden Wellen im Gehause entstehen. Unterstützt durch eine Bassreflexöffnung an der Unterseite. Massiv Silber Lautsprecherkabelanschlüsse auf der Unterseite. Setup-unkritisch.

Klang: Beispielhafte Raumbild. Schöne Farbttöne. Sehr sauber und gut aufgezeichnete Basse. Blasst nicht das Dach von des Haus, sondern macht einfach Musik. Schöne Musik.
