General : The FP-TCS31 is a power cord from the top segment of Furutech's power cords supplied from the roll. It is a thick, multi-shielded cable with extremely pure conductors. The FI-50 NCF and FI-E50 connectors mounted on it are the most expensive and finest connectors Furutech has to offer, ranking among the world's best connectors in terms of build quality, materials used, and sound. The conductors in the Furutech FP-TCS31 power cord are 2.5mm² conductors made from what Furutech calls 'Alpha PC Triple C' copper. This is a copper type with a purity of 99.996%. To protect the conductors from external noise, the Furutech FP-TCS31 is multi-shielded, with a thick layer of PVC around the conductors, surrounded by a layer of OFC copper mesh, and then another thick layer of PVC around that. The result of this construction, materials, and connectors is an exceptionally fine power cord with a very musical sound.

The Furutech FP-TCS31 has a pure and pleasant character. Music is reproduced in a very smooth and comfortable manner. The sound is not necessarily warm or woolly, but highly refined.
