General : The Lumin U2 Mini is the latest compact streaming transport model from Lumin. It is the successor to the very popular Lumin U1 Mini. Technology : With the Lumin U2 Mini, Lumin offers owners of a high-end D/A converter the opportunity to stream music at the highest quality. The Lumin U2 Mini offers a variety of digital outputs including AES/EBU XLR, Coax RCA and Coax BNC, Toslink Optical and USB.

The Lumin U2 Mini has a more powerful processor compared to its predecessor, making upsampling and downsampling very easy and operation significantly faster than its predecessor. The Lumin U2 Mini can upsample and downsample from standard PCM CD format 16bit/44.1kHz up to 32bit/384kHz or even DSD256. To output DSD files higher than DSD64, you need to use the USB output.
