Audio Group Denmark's Analog Dither technology is an effective technique to lower the noise floor and enhance the music signal. By enhancing the music signal, we do not mean that the Analog Dither technology provides amplification like the Aavik Acoustics amplifiers do. By enhancing the music signal, we mean that the signal can be conducted more freely from point A to point B, and this results in a more lively musical reproduction. Analog dither technology originated in the radar world, where it provided a stronger signal with greater range.
In principle, the Analog Dither Technology causes the applied Active Tesla Coils to emit pulsating signals at precisely defined frequencies. These pulsating signals are transmitted out of phase. This Analog Dither Technology has been improved over the years by Audio Group Denmark, and today AGD uses 3rd Generation Analog Dither Technology. The 3rd generation of AGD's Analog Dither Technology is designed to open up the sound image even further and make even the smallest layers and details in the recording clearly audible. Not by hurling it at you, but simply by removing the 'noise blanket' that hangs over the signal.
