This is a so-called dub album of Bob Marley's music. The original recordings were used for this and the result is relaxing reggae music where you can dream along the way. Very beautifully recorded, clean, spacious and with many details. A must-have for Bob Marley enthusiasts, but also for lovers of beautiful atmospheric music with catchy rhythms.
This debut album by James Blake is a remarkable pop document. It contains sensitive music, but also very heavily recorded music with corresponding lyrics. It seems James is not the cheeriest in the house. Wonderfully dark atmospheres, darkly recorded and at times a torment for your Hi-Fi system. Such as "Limit to your Love". Very heavy bass makes the woofers almost explode, so be careful. Again very different and very beautiful is "Measurements". Solo recorded with increasingly more voices mixed into a beautiful whole. Highly recommended.
