General: The Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz D2 is the first digital interlink in the Diamond reference line of Ansuz Acoustics from Denmark. The Ansuz Digitalz D2 is part of the reference line of digital interlinks from Ansuz Acoustics consisting of the D2, D-TC2 and the ultra high end D-TC Supreme. The cable is extremely high-quality finished with high-quality gold-plated connectors in an aluminum housing and effective shielding. The Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz D2 uses the unique 'Direct Ground Connector' (a technique that ensures the ground potential between different devices is minimized, which provides a lower noise floor) and 'Double Inverted Helix Coil' (a technique where the cables are wound in a special way and configured in a double helix pattern which reduces self-inductance in the cable) and NSC (Noise Suppressing Coil) technologies from Ansuz Acoustics. The cable has a block with a 3.5" Jack input, which is intended for connection to a Powerbox or Powerswitch from Ansuz Acoustics to activate the shielding and remove the ground potential between all interlinks and equipment. The D2 series is a clear step forward compared to the previous generation cables from Ansuz Acoustics, yet they have not become much more expensive. This fact ensures that new standards are set in the price/quality ratio of Ansuz Acoustics cables. The sound quality has made a significant step forward compared to the previous D (Diamond) series from Ansuz Acoustics.

Sound Characteristics: The Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz D2 has a hugely natural, spacious and organic sound, just like all other cables and products from Ansuz Acoustics. The sound of the Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz D2 is not necessarily very different in character from that of the lower X2, P2, A2 and C2 series, but the sound is clearly more beautiful, better defined and more spacious. Everything you hear is pure music, we could talk about the body of the bass and the detail in the treble. But with Ansuz Acoustics we don't need to talk about that, instead we talk about the enormous musical properties that Ansuz Acoustics products bring with them. The more affordable Digitalz D2 is absolutely no exception to this. The spatial imaging is large, airy and pleasant and you are immediately involved with the performers and the music. The time to listen to sounds is over, the time to listen to music has begun.
