Description

B.M.C. PureDAC DA Converter / Preamplifier / Headphone Amplifier

New in box

B.M.C. PureDAC

An advanced DAC? More precisely, a Balanced DAC with headphone and reference level preamplifier. The PureDAC delivers a digital to analog converter of the highest quality. It combines its DAC with a balanced preamplifier, a balanced quality headphone amplifier and BMC's exclusive Digital Intelligent Gain Management (DIGM), a volume control that does not affect the input signal.

Balanced Preamplifier

The PureDAC preamplifier is integrated into the DAC via a current-to-voltage converter. Both the preamplifier and headphone amplifier use BMC's exclusive Load Effect Free (LEF) technology. It avoids signal distortion and improves the sound quality of the preamplifier and audio quality of the PureDAC. The PureDAC features separate volume controls for the preamplifier and headphone output, a high-resolution asynchronous USB interface, digital AES / EBU, Toslink and coaxial inputs, balanced analog outputs, RCA outputs, and a special BMC link for direct connection to a B.M.C. amplifier.

Specifications of the B.M.C. PureDAC:

  • Top-grade Digital/Analog Converter with Current Injection current-to-voltage (I/V) conversion
  • High-resolution asynchronous USB interface up to 32bit/384kHz
  • USB PCM: 16bit/44.1KHz - 32Bit/384kHz
