Technical Details : The Chord 2Qute is an ingeniously small D/A Converter, but it is capable of great things. In terms of connection options, you have a choice of a USB-B input which accepts all signals up to DSD128. The Coax BNC connection accepts all PCM signals and also DSD over PCM (DoP) up to DSD64. There is also a Toslink optical connection so you can also connect your television to the Chord 2Qute.

Listening : Although the Chord 2Qute is a compact device, it doesn't sound like one. The sound is very rhythmic, dynamic, light and detailed. Vocals and instruments sound clean and the airy presentation makes them easy to understand. The treble is fresh and lively and the bass reproduction is tight and rhythmic. The Chord 2Qute is thus an ideal compact and affordable DAC to breathe new life into your system.
