The DCS Bartok is an outstanding DA Converter / Preamp from the UK. The technology is DCS proprietary, the RING Dac. The DCS Ringdac is a discrete DAC and not an "off the shelf" chip and is unique in sound quality. The DCS Bartok has all possible digital inputs, and a set of fully balanced and unbalanced outputs. You can set the Bartok to 6V pre-out, or 2V, to use it as a DAC. The 6V output is suitable for connecting your power amplifier and using the volume control in the Bartok. The DCS Bartok is an outstanding sounding and very versatile D/A Converter and universally applicable. It also has an excellent built-in streamer which is fully Roon Ready. This DCS Bartok also features a Synergistic Research Master Fuse worth € 650,- installed for even better sound quality, the SR Master Fuse is the best fuse on the market. This DCS Bartok is in black finish and the unit is in excellent condition, it is also a NL import unit and completely complete including the original packaging.
