The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is the ultimate power cleaner for medium-sized High End music and video installations. The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is very solidly built and features a massive aluminum front.

The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is the Special Edition version of the Gigawatt PC-3 Evo. Designed as a connection hub for Top High End installations. The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo includes a number of technical upgrades compared to the PC-3 Evo. The PC-3 SE Evo features advanced power purification circuits and protects your installation against overload. It is the ideal source for any High End installation. Unlike the Powerplants from some competitors, the Gigawatt itself consumes hardly any power, just a few watts. A Powerplant that must deliver 500 watts consumes around 500 watts itself, gets hot, and wears out. The Gigawatt Evo series power conditioners don't suffer from this; they consume barely any power thanks to passive filtering and consequently also experience minimal wear.

Power Cable:

This Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is supplied without a power cord. The power connection cable is, however, very important. It is the supply to the power conditioner and no loss should occur in it. Gigawatt supplies extremely good power cords, suitable for the Evo series power conditioners. For the PC-3 SE Evo we recommend the Gigawatt LC-3 Evo or LS-1 Evo.

Technical:

The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is equipped with advanced Multi Stage Parallel filter instead of the usual transformers. This Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is also equipped with 3 separate zones. One zone for high current equipment such as amplifiers, one zone for analog equipment such as preamps or phono and also a zone for digital equipment such as CD players and streamers. Each zone consists of 2 outlets, so the Gigawatt PC-3 SE has 6 outlets in total. The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is made from high quality ultra premium components. Due to the new high efficiency filter circuits, the components are mounted on new boards, soldered with silver solder. The circuit boards themselves are double-sided and equipped with 280um thick copper traces. Power distribution is via heavy silver-plated and polished copper bars. The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo has a special protection system, designed without wires or fuses. These can affect signal speed and are therefore not used. The overvoltage protection circuit is controlled by a sensor at the input and is equipped with a plasma relay. This way the Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo provides your system with excellent protection against overvoltage or current spikes. The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo has a dual power distribution system compared to a single one in the regular PC-3 Evo. Proper functioning of the Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is indicated by a blue LED on the front. The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is also equipped with an extra circuit that monitors the power supply. Also very handy is the phase indicator by means of a red LED on the rear so that you don't connect the Gigawatt PC-3 SE incorrectly. The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo features a precise red LED display that shows the voltage. This Gigawatt PC-3 SE has the optional display switch built in so that you can also turn off the LED screen on the front. The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is equipped with 6 high quality Gigawatt G-040 Shuko outlets. These outlets are fitted with heavy brass bars, which at Gigawatt are silver-plated and polished. The large contact surface and the heavy silver coating guarantee a very long lifespan, even with repeated insertion and withdrawal of plugs. The Gigawatt PC-3 SE Evo is built in a heavy metal housing, with a solid anodized aluminum front and stands on anti-resonance feet.
