General : The Lector ZXT-60 is a hybrid tube/transistor integrated amplifier.

Technical : The Lector ZXT-60 is an integrated amplifier whose preamplifier section is equipped with a single 6922 dual triode tube per channel. The final output stage is equipped with Mosfets, transistors with tube characteristics. The bias of both the tubes and the mosfet bank is self-adjusting, so no further adjustment is needed. The Mosfets used are a Lexan design and are made specially for Lector Audio. The Lector delivers a healthy 60 watts continuous at 8 ohms, and more than 100 watts at 4 ohms. Sufficient power for most speakers.

Sound : The Lector ZXT-60 is, like all Lector products, a very musical amplifier. A typical Lector characteristic, which you find in all their products, is the joy of playing, the liveliness. The musicality, and thus the music jumps out at you. Here no dull quiet reproduction but a very natural sounding audio quality. Combine the Lector ZXT-60 with a Lector CDP-603 or 707 CD player, or an Antipodes streamer with the Lector Digicode S-192 High Resolution DA Converter, and you have a remarkable and very musical High End installation.
