Technology : The Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 can be used in virtually any situation and room. With its generous 200 Watts at 8 Ohm per channel and as much as 400 Watts at 4 Ohm per channel, the Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 has sufficient power to drive most speakers on the market. And by using the innovative RoomPerfect room correction technology, you get every system performing perfectly in any room. In terms of operation and connections, the Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 also excels in its versatility. There are various analog inputs available, both balanced and unbalanced. Because this Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 has the optional ADC module, you have 3 additional analog inputs. Besides that, you also have a choice of several different digital inputs including an AES/EBU XLR input, 2 Coax inputs, 3 Toslink inputs and a USB-B input. The Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 can convert PCM formats up to 32bit/384kHz via USB, or up to 24bit-192kHz via the Coax and AES/EBU inputs, or up to 24bit-96kHz via the Toslink inputs. DSD files the Lyngdorf can receive up to DSD128 on the USB input. You have the option to later install the HDMI module which includes HDMI in- and outputs for playback to and from a TV. Finally, the Lyngdorf has an excellent built-in streamer that can be accessed in multiple ways.

Streaming Capabilities : The Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 can be controlled via the user-friendly Lyngdorf Remote App. On it you can play internet radio with vTuner or from external USB drives. To play Spotify, you can use Spotify Connect, and for playing Tidal you can use Tidal Connect. In addition, Bluetooth is also an option. As for external software, the Lyngdorf can also be used as a RoonReady player behind a RoonServer, it is also a DLNA/UPnP streamer so you can also control the Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 with Audirvana, or with the Android app Bubble UPnP. Of course, music can also be streamed to the TDAI-3400 via Airplay.

Sound : The sound quality of the Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 is of very high quality, even without using the RoomPerfect technology, the Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 shows its qualities. The sound character is very clear, transparent and extremely detailed. The bass is nicely tight, deep and rhythmic, and the sound sounds very authentic. The live experience is truly present with a nice acoustic recording, but also with more robust electronic music, the Lyngdorf TDAI-3400 makes it a spectacle. If you also use the RoomPerfect then the sound is brought more into balance, so the overall picture fits better and you have little to no trouble with excessive low or high frequencies and resonances.
