Technical : The PS Audio BHK Signature is a new design by the legendary Bascom H. King, designer at Infinity, Marantz, Audeze and Constellation Audio, among others. BHK designed an uncompromising tube preamplifier for PS Audio. The BHK Signature is balanced from input to output. All unbalanced inputs are immediately converted to balanced. 2 pieces of 12AU7 dual triode tubes handle all the amplification. The bandwidth is very wide, well over 200KHz, and the noise floor is very low. There is also a discrete headphone output built in. The BHK Signature is a technical super preamplifier, but sonically it is something special.

Listening : The PS Audio DAC, PWD, PWD 2 and DSD DAC have the ability to connect a power amplifier directly. But if you connect the BHK preamplifier in between, something special happens.
