This PS Audio Digital Link III is built entirely discrete. So a solid driver stage instead of chips. Up to a price range of € 2000 I know of no better DA converters. It sounds fine-grained, transparent and with fine dynamics. The most commonly used inputs are available, such as optical Toslink, RCA SPDIF and also USB.
