The Wilson Watt/Puppy 8, or WP-8, is the successor to the WP-7. The Wilson WP-8 is the last Wilson Watt/Puppy from the Watt Puppy series before it was given a new lease of life this year with Wilson Audio's current 'The Watt Puppy' (priced at around 50k per set). The WP-8 is a clear improvement over the WP-7 across all aspects. The drivers used have been improved and the WP-8 features an entirely new tweeter, the same tweeter used in the impressive Wilson MAXX-2 and MAXX-3. The spatial reproduction has been enhanced and expanded, and the bass performance has become deeper and purer. The Wilson WP-8 is exceptionally beautifully and solidly constructed. The WP-8 no longer has the foam fronts that failed after so many years, but regular removable fronts secured to the cabinet with metal pins. With the WP-8, Wilson has invested enormous time and energy in making the cabinet quieter. The WP-8 cabinet has virtually no energy storage and this translates into an exceptionally beautiful and quiet reproduction, but with deep bass and pure treble. The Wilson WP-8 can be completely phase-aligned in any room thanks to the included spikes which allow you to adjust the WATT's tilt angle. The beauty of the Wilson WP-8 is also that it has relatively high sensitivity, and can therefore be excellently driven by quality amplifiers with modest power output.

This WP-8 set is finished in the beautiful Mercedes Silver Metallic and is in excellent condition. The set is complete with all accessories, manual and is supplied in its original wooden crates.
