General: The Børresen X-Stands are speaker stands designed for the Børresen X1 standmount speakers. The X-Stands are very solidly built, heavy, sturdy and stable. The pillar and top and bottom plates are made of natural composite material. Internally, these are reinforced with solid iron cylinders that also have the threading to screw the top and bottom plates in place. On the top plate there is a soft foam material that prevents the bottom of the speakers from being damaged. The Borresen X1 can be screwed to the top plate using 3 screws. This ensures that the speaker cannot slide off the stands.

These Borresen X-Stands are supplied including a set of Axxess Noir decoupling feet per stand. These can be placed under the designated feet at the bottom of the X-Stands. The Axxess Noir decoupling feet consist of 3 discs made of mineral-enriched bakelite, between these discs are two layers of titanium balls that provide the decoupling. On top of the Axxess Noir you also place 12 loose titanium balls yourself for an extra layer of decoupling, and these top balls also ensure that the stands cannot slide off the decouplers.

Although the Borresen X1 can also stand on other stands, or even on a cabinet, TV furniture or dresser, you achieve the best sound and appearance by placing them on these high-quality, well-thought-out and stylish stands. By using the materials and decoupling you achieve the best sound.
