General: The Ansuz Acoustics Mainz D-TC Supreme is the Ultra Reference Powercord from Ansuz Acoustics from Denmark. The cable is finished to a very high standard with gold-plated connectors in an anodized aluminum housing with a Supreme Coating, and effective shielding. The Ansuz Acoustics Mainz D-TC Supreme uses Ansuz Acoustics' unique 'Direct Ground Connector', Active Square Tesla Coils and Analog Dither Technology technologies. The Mainz X2 through D2 use only passive technologies to lower the noise floor, while the Mainz D-TC Supreme also uses active technologies which are even more effective at eliminating noise, resulting in a blacker background and more detailed reproduction. Tesla Coils are also used in the equipment of Ansuz Acoustics' sister brands (Aavik Acoustics and Børresen Acoustics). All these techniques are applied for optimal noise suppression and grounding of the cable in a way that is not restrictive to signal transmission and has no (negative) impact on sound quality. This makes the cables from Ansuz Acoustics sound very clean, transparent, open and stress-free, and at the same time very analog and 3D. Techniques Ansuz Acoustics in the Mainz D-TC Supreme:

Direct Ground Connector: A technique that minimizes the ground potential between different devices, resulting in a lower noise floor

Anti Aerial Resonance Coil: All cables have the property that they also function as an antenna for unwanted RFI noise signals in the air. AARC technology greatly reduces this effect, so the signal experiences less noise, which reduces pollution in the signal path and provides a purer and cleaner signal for music purposes.

Active Square Tesla Coil: In the large blocks on the cables are PCBs on which the Active Square Tesla Coils are mounted. One coil on one side and a counter coil on the other side. As soon as a noise spike passes through one square coil, the counter coil creates a counter spike, which reduces the noise floor. The more Tesla Coils on the PCB, the more effectively noise is eliminated

Analog Dither Technology: A technique that has evolved from radar technology to create a stronger signal with greater range. Active Tesla Coils transmit pulsing signals at precisely determined frequencies. These signals are phased out. This significantly strengthens the music signal and eliminates background noise
