Specifications: The conductors in the AudioQuest Thunder HC are made from AudioQuest's Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) formula, combined with LGC (Long Grain Copper). The conductors in the AudioQuest Thunder are 4.17mm² thick for the Phase and Neutral conductor and 3.31mm² for the ground conductor. These conductors ensure pure and unrestricted transmission of high current levels. This makes it easier for an amplifier to draw peak voltages, which benefits dynamics. AudioQuest's patented "RF/ND-Tech" blocks unwanted interference, minimizing noise and other negative external influences. The AudioQuest Thunder features AudioQuest's patented 72V DBS system which provides active shielding and smooth signal transmission.
