General : High End tube mono power amplifiers from the French brand Jadis.

Technical : At Jadis, everything is often pulled out of the bag to create the best result, as is the case with the Jadis JA80 power amplifiers. The Jadis JA80 is handcrafted. The chassis is very solidly and massively built from stainless steel. The amplification is done by 4 KT90 tubes which operate entirely in pure Class A. Together, these tubes deliver 60 Watts per channel in a Push Pull configuration. Extensive use has been made of point to point wiring to keep the signal path as short as possible, and all components used are of extremely high quality.

Listening : The Jadis JA80 sounds extremely musical, very detailed and refined. There is a pleasant glow throughout the sound without it sounding woolly or colored. The bass is very well controlled and full. The Jadis JA80 never really gives too much or too little of anything; the sound is excellently balanced and never gets out of hand, but also doesn't sound tame or ordinary. Such a well-balanced sound provides a very engaging listening experience without any listener fatigue. The Jadis JA80 is a true pleasure to listen to (and look at). This is an amplifier set for the enthusiast and not for people who just want to quickly play some music.

Summary : This Jadis JA80 set is in completely undamaged condition and plays perfectly. It was handled very carefully by the previous owner and the tubes were always allowed to warm up quietly before playing.
