General : The Lector Audio ZXT-60 is a hybrid tube/transistor integrated amplifier.

Technology : The Lector Audio ZXT-60 is an integrated amplifier with 2 pieces of 6922 double triode tubes in the preamplification stage and MosFets in the power amplification stage. The final output stage is equipped with Mosfets, transistors with tube characteristics. The bias of both the tubes and the mosfet bank is self-adjusting, so calibration is no longer necessary. The Mosfets used are a Lexan design and are specially manufactured for Lector Audio. The Lector delivers a healthy 60 watts continuously at 8 ohms, and more than 100 watts at 4 ohms. Sufficient power for most speakers.

Sound : The Lector Audio ZXT-60 is, like all Lector products, a very musical amplifier. A typical Lector characteristic, which you will find in all their products, is the joy of playing, the liveliness. The musicality, and thus the music bursts from it. Here no dull, quiet playback but a very natural-sounding sound quality. Combine the Lector Audio ZXT-60 with a Lector Audio CDP-603 or CDP-707 CD player, or an Antipodes streamer with the Lector Audio Digicode S-192 High Resolution DA Converter, and you have a remarkable and very musical High End system.
