The Wilson Watt/Puppy 8, or WP-8, is the successor to the WP-7. The Wilson WP-8 is the last Wilson Watt/Puppy in the series and also absolutely the best. The WP-8 is once again a clear improvement over the WP-7 across all fronts. The units used have been improved and the WP-8 features a completely new tweeter, the same one mounted in the MAXX-2 and MAXX-3. The spatial presentation is improved and larger, and the bass reproduction has become deeper and purer. The Wilson WP-8 is exceptionally beautiful and solidly built. The WP-8 no longer has foam fronts, but regular removable fronts that are secured to the cabinet with metal pins. With the WP-8, Wilson has spent enormous time and energy on quieting the cabinet. The WP-8 cabinet has virtually no energy storage and this translates into an exceptionally beautiful and quiet presentation, but with profound bass depth and pure highs. The Wilson WP-8 can be completely phase-aligned in any living space thanks to the supplied spikes which adjust the tilt angle of the WATT. The beauty of the Wilson WP-8 is moreover that it has a fairly high efficiency, and can therefore also be excellently driven by a 20 watt SE tube amplifier. This WP-8 set is complete with all accessories, manual and is delivered in original crates. Now available to audition at Ohm-Audio bv and ready for many years of listening pleasure in your home.
