EN. The Avalon Acoustics Eclipse is a true high end loudspeaker with a very musical and special character. It is a closed two way system in a very heavy and solid built housing, which is beautifully finished with real Curly Maple. The Avalon Acoustics Eclipse can easily compete with current high end speakers despite its age, and does some things still better than most of them. Due to the closed system, the bass response is unmatched in precision. Tight, deep and very well defined. Also, the middle range is of great class. Pure, clean and very transparent. The tweeter is set very low, from 1.2kHz. The upper midrange and ultra high response is therefore particularly transparent and dynamic. The filter is built into a sealed compartment in the bottom of the housing and therefore is not affected by resonances. Once properly set up, the Avalon Acoustics Eclipse does things that make other speakers pale in comparison. A complete image, from deep bass to high treble, ultra transparent and very authentic. Very special and you can listen for hours without listening fatigue. One requirement is that the Avalon Acoustics Eclipse is provided with a very good set of electronics, because all errors in the chain are audible. The Avalon Acoustics Eclipse is one of our personal favorites and very suitable for music lovers in compact spaces, but they can also handle very large spaces. These Avalon Acoustics Eclipse are finished in Curly Maple and are in excellent condition, and come complete with the Apex Couplers and manual. The Avalon Acoustics Eclipse speakers are ready for many more years of musical enjoyment in your home.
