General: The M2Tech Young DAC MK1 is an affordable High Resolution D/A Converter from Italy.

Technical: The M2Tech Young DAC MK1 is a well-thought-out design, offering excellent value for money. It is a High Resolution DAC, which means PCM files up to 32bit/384kHz can be converted via the asynchronous USB-B input. In addition to the USB-B input, you also have 2 SPDIF inputs, 1 via RCA and 1 via BNC, and there is also an AES/EBU input and an optical Toslink input available. You can connect virtually all digital sources to it. The large display indicates what file format is being played. Listening: The M2Tech Young DAC MK1 sounds fantastic, certainly a DAC that is well worth its price. The soundstage comes nicely out of the speakers and the sound is rich in detail and very refined. The M2Tech Young DAC MK1 never crosses a line of harshness, yet it sounds exciting and interesting in a beautiful, musical and controlled way.
