General: The Ansuz Acoustics Signalz C3 is the newest analog interlink from the C-series of Ansuz Acoustics from Denmark. The Ansuz Signalz C3 replaces the Signalz C2. The new Signalz C3 is the mid-range analog interlink from the Copper Series of Ansuz Acoustics. The Copper Series from Ansuz is called the Copper Series because the housing of the gold-plated connectors and cable splitter blocks is made of solid copper. The predecessor of the Signalz C3, the Signalz C2, had connectors in an aluminum housing. And for Ansuz Acoustics, that is a problem. Audio Group Denmark (under which Ansuz falls) is constantly investigating different materials. Titanium, copper, stainless steel and even zirconium are frequently used. Ansuz is working to completely avoid aluminum in its new products. Aluminum has a negative effect on sound quality; it produces an artificial tone due to its resonance behavior and causes hysteresis. Rather than solving the problems caused by aluminum later, Audio Group Denmark has chosen to tackle the problem at the source and no longer use aluminum in its products. The conductors are silver-plated and stripped by a special machine to avoid damaging the conductor surface. The Ansuz Signalz C3 is a very tightly twisted cable which reduces noise in the conductors and improves mechanical stability, yet the cable is easy to handle. In the Ansuz Signalz C3, in addition to the solid-core main conductors, Double Inverted Helix Coils (DIHC) are used. The Ansuz Signalz C3 features a greater number of DIHC compared to the Signalz A3 and X-TC3, so even less noise enters the signal and less inductance is generated. Furthermore, Ansuz Anti Aerial Resonance Coils (AARC) technology has also been applied to the Ansuz Signalz C3 compared to the Ansuz Signalz A3. Because the Ansuz Signalz C3 also features the AARC technology, even less external noise enters your equipment than with the Ansuz Signalz C3, X-TC3 and X3. The conductors are effectively isolated in Teflon with a mesh of tinned copper around them; in the case of the Signalz C3, even double isolation has been applied, whereas the Signalz A3, X-TC3 and X3 have single isolation. The Ansuz Signalz C3 is handmade in the factory of Audio Group Denmark in Aalborg, Denmark.

Sound characteristics: The Ansuz Acoustics Signalz C3 has a natural, powerful and spatial sound. The bass is deep, tight and rhythmic and the dynamics are excellent. Compared to the Signalz A3, the Signalz C3 offers more air, more energy and more liveliness. While the amount of peace and detail increases. The soundstage is more clearly defined and better organized and more balanced. The Ansuz Signalz C3 is yet another clear step better than the already excellent Signalz A3. There is more happening in the soundstage and you hear more layers in the recording. The sound is transparent as it should be, but it is not unnecessary spectacle, which you recognize in the Ansuz character that actually all Ansuz cables possess. Everything you hear is pure music, we could talk about certain details and accents. But with Ansuz Acoustics, we don't need to talk about that, instead we talk about the enormous musical qualities that Ansuz Acoustics products bring with them. The Ansuz Signalz C3 is absolutely no exception here. The spatial imaging is large, airy and pleasant and you are immediately drawn into the performers and the music. The time to listen to sounds is over, the time to listen to music has begun.
