General : The Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet is the latest model Ethernet cable in the reference D-TC series from Ansuz Acoustics from Denmark. The Digitalz D-TC3 replaces the Digitalz D-TC2. The Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet is a true reference cable that sits above the Digitalz D3, A3 and X3 Ethernet. The new Ethernet cables from Ansuz Acoustics are wound in a new way to ensure even better noise suppression and inductance reduction. Besides the fact that the cables are now wound better and more precisely, the Ethernet cables have remained largely the same, which is why the price has not increased, in fact, the price has remained the same and the surcharge per meter has become less than before. The Ansuz Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet uses unconventional techniques to keep the noise floor as low as possible and thus allow the signal to arrive clean at the receiver. The Ansuz D-TC3 is a true reference cable that performs at an enormous high level, even in its price category. Only the more expensive Ansuz D-TC3 Supreme and D-TC3 Gold Signature cables surpass it.

Technology : The Ansuz Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet features pure silver-plated conductors and high-quality gold-plated connectors. The cable is further multi-shielded and the Ansuz Digitalz D3 Ethernet also uses Ansuz Acoustics' unique Tesla Coil technology to capture and eliminate noise for a cleaner music signal. The Ansuz Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet uses Passive End Coils, which is a passive Tesla Coil attached to the conductors at the end of the cable. In the Ansuz Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet, these Passive End Coils are located at both ends. In addition to the Passive End Coils, there is also a Passive Cable Tesla Coil halfway along the cable. What ultimately makes the Ansuz Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet much better than the D3 is the extra layer of Double Inverted Helix Coils wrapped around the shielding for extra noise suppression and inductance reduction. The Ansuz Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet also features a charged dielectric for optimal signal transmission, which means the use of an Ansuz PowerSwitch or PowerBox is required. Without PowerSwitch or PowerBox it makes no sense to invest extra money in the D-TC3 Ethernet cable compared to a D3.

Ansuz PowerSwitch or PowerBox : Because the Ansuz Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet uses Charged Dielectric and Active Tesla Coil Technologies, the use of an Ansuz PowerSwitch or Ansuz PowerBox is required, otherwise it makes no sense to use an Ansuz Digitalz D-TC3 versus a D3 Ethernet cable. When you connect the Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet cable to a PowerBox or PowerSwitch using the included TC cable, the dielectric is charged and the Active Tesla Coils are activated. The Active Tesla Coils are 3-4 times more effective at eliminating noise compared to the passive versions of the Tesla Coils. So when connected to a PowerBox or PowerSwitch you will experience less noise in the sound and thus a more transparent playback with a quieter background. As an added benefit, the Ansuz PowerSwitch is an audiophile network switch that takes the musical qualities of your streaming setup to a much higher level, so even without Ansuz cabling an Ansuz PowerSwitch is recommended for your streamer.

Sound Characteristics : The Ansuz Acoustics Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet shares much of its character with its predecessor, the Digitalz D-TC2 Ethernet. But the new Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet adds even more transparency, spatiality and detail to it. The Digitalz D-TC3 Ethernet distinguishes itself from the D3 by presenting an even more lively sound with an even quieter background, and a freer and more pronounced playback.
