Technical: The Avalon Acoustics Indra is the smaller sibling of the Avalon Acoustics Time and Compass speaker. Equipped with the latest units, which feature super-strong Neodymium magnets. The dual woofer has been selected for optimal speed and clarity in the bass and lower midrange, and the coupling with the midrange has been optimized. The midrange driver is an expensive Acuton unit made of ceramic with a Neodymium magnet as the motor. The tweeter is also the latest version from Acuton, equipped with a Neodymium magnet. The best and fastest units in the world, and thanks to the sophisticated filter technology, it sounds wonderful as a whole, without any trace of harshness. The Cardas speaker terminal is a welcome improvement compared to the older connection at the bottom. The Avalon Acoustics Indra has a port at the bottom, but it is not a bass-reflex port but a ventilation port to reduce pressure in the cabinet. The overall sound quality is unprecedented, especially considering the relatively compact size.
