• The CDP-707 integrates various original mechanical solutions, such as its own (Lector manufactured) laser mechanism and specially designed copper spring suspension.
• External power supply with three powerful high-flux ring core transformers and separately switched Analog, Digital and Control Systems.
• Exclusive CD clamp with dual-axis stabilization effect through special neodymium magnet
• Carefully selected dual mono PCM-1704 BB 24 bit DACs, mounted on an independent PCB board for perfect jitter reduction
• Zero negative feedback in the analog stage. Instead, an original circuit, a tube output stage with cathode direct coupling
• Passive dithering circuit providing true 24 bit resolution (Lector original circuit design)
• Custom made CD mechanism with three isolated mounting plates, and a vibration control system for the spindle motor
• Original patented servo digital board with the new technological solution
• The power supply circuit features no fewer than 14 regulated power lines, with only 1 output capacitor in the signal path, a custom made, aluminum die-cast, aerospace film/foil capacitor.
• The analog output uses a single output triode tube, fully set in Class A operation, followed by only a first order filter, preserving phase integrity.

The CD mechanism is fully suspended and damped in rubber/neoprene

The original magnetic clamping system provides greater stability to the CD rotation, with dual-axis stabilization: Horizontal and vertical. This puck is very light and fitted with a Neodymium magnet.
