General : The Sonus Faber Venere 1.5 is a beautiful and affordable 2-way standmount speaker from Italian manufacturer Sonus Faber.

Design : The Sonus Faber Venere 1.5 is a beautifully finished speaker. The speakers themselves feature the iconic egg-shaped design that Sonus Faber is known for, the top has a tempered glass plate and the matching stand completes the overall look. A very pleasant speaker to look at. It's also convenient that the speaker is secured to the stand with 2 screws on the bottom, preventing the speaker from being knocked off the stand. The Sonus Faber Venere 1.5 uses a 29mm silk dome tweeter from German manufacturer DKM and a 150mm Curv Cone mid-woofer. Another advantage of the Sonus Faber Venere 1.5 is that the bass reflex port is at the front, allowing the Venere 1.5 to be placed closer to the rear wall.
